CA Foundation Results Announced
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the results for the CA Foundation examination held in January 2026 on March 8, 2026.
Logapriya P P emerged as the top scorer, securing All India Rank (AIR) 1 with an impressive 366 marks out of 400, achieving a percentage of 91.50%. Following closely, Khushi Sikaria obtained AIR 2 with 365 marks, translating to 91.25%.
Three candidates shared AIR 3, each achieving identical scores of 361 marks. The overall pass percentage for this examination was recorded at 19.23%, with male candidates achieving a pass percentage of 20.13% and female candidates at 18.26%.
The CA Foundation examination serves as the entry-level stage for the Chartered Accountancy course, which is conducted three times a year—in January, May, and September. Candidates who successfully clear this exam are eligible to register for the CA Intermediate level.
The results include subject-wise marks, overall qualifying status, and a list of toppers, providing comprehensive feedback to the candidates. Those interested can check their results on the official ICAI website at icai.nic.in.
As the results have been released, candidates who passed the CA Foundation are now required to register for the CA Intermediate course to continue their professional journey in accountancy.
