Bonneville 400 spy photos: Spy Photos Reveal Triumph Bonneville 400 Ahead of Launch

Spy photos of the Triumph Bonneville 400 have surfaced, revealing the motorcycle undisguised in India, hinting at a potential launch ahead of its scheduled Q4 2026 debut.
The Bonneville 400 is designed with a retro aesthetic, featuring a chrome-studded crank-case and exhaust pipe, reminiscent of the larger Bonneville models, which include the 900cc and 1200cc variants.
Under the hood, the Bonneville 400 is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 36.5 bhp and peak torque of 32 Nm. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox, promising a blend of performance and efficiency.
In terms of suspension, the Bonneville 400 will feature telescopic front forks and twin-shock absorbers at the rear, offering a comfortable ride. The motorcycle will also sport a circular instrument cluster, adding to its classic appeal.
This model will be the seventh 400cc motorcycle in Triumph’s portfolio, a strategic move as the brand seeks to compete in a segment dominated by the Royal Enfield Classic 350, which has led the 350cc market for several years.
While the official launch date is set for late 2026, the recent sightings of the Bonneville 400 suggest that Triumph may be accelerating its timeline, potentially unveiling the bike earlier than expected.
Details remain unconfirmed, but the anticipation surrounding the Bonneville 400 is palpable among motorcycle enthusiasts and industry observers alike. As Triumph positions itself against established competitors, the Bonneville 400 could be a game-changer in the mid-range motorcycle market.
